The Vent Room is committed to preventing and responding to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Prevention

Our Community Guidelines and Terms of Use prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any conduct that exploits or endangers children.

We use moderation and in-app reporting to identify and remove violating content and accounts.

Reporting and response

Users can report child safety concerns in-app (Support & Contact; in-app reporting where available).

We report apparent CSAM and related evidence to relevant regional and national authorities (e.g. NCMEC in the US and equivalent bodies elsewhere) as required by law.
